Dahlia Tuber Sale - Terms and Conditions

All tubers are dispatched from our studio in healthy, saleable condition, and we take great care to ensure they are securely packaged. Tubers will be sent with a visible eye. Refunds or replacements are only offered for tubers that are damaged during transit and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of tubers.

On receiving your tubers – if you have any issues please be in touch via email within 48 hours.

As there are so many variables involved with growing dahlias we simply cannot provide a replacement or refund after this 48 hours has elapsed.

Tubers should be planted out after the chance of frost has passed (generally around labour weekend) we suggest storing tubers in their sawdust and box that they come in, in a dry cool space in your home over winter.
