This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.mamabloom.co.nz (the “Site”). Data retention When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Refund Policy


Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non refundable. Refunds Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please get in touch via the email below. mama.bloom@hotmail.com We will be happy to discuss a replacement or refund. Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs on orders are non-refundable. Sale items Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.




Shipping policy


We are based in North Canterbury and ship New Zealand wide. We use quality recyclable packaging materials and send all orders via Courier Post to ensure they arrive to you in good condition. Once your item has been shipped we aim for a 2-3 day delivery timeframe within the South Island and 3-5 days for the North Island. Rural deliveries will incur an additional charge. Deliveries will be made Monday - Friday. We currently do not offer delivery over the weekend.




Terms and Conditions


Please note that by buying Mama Bloom products you are accepting that each item is individually handmade and therefore unique. Photos are provided on the website but are a guide only.

Due to the nature of our products using natural materials, there will be variations in size, colour, and shape. Please do not expect two items to be exactly the same or exactly the same as the photo on the website.

Dried and preserved botanicals are fragile and semi-perishable and must be handled with care. It is normally that you may have a few small pieces dislodge during transport.

Colour variations are normal just as they are in nature.
Images provided on our social media are for illustrative
purposes only as filters and lighting can alter actual colours. We will not accept the return or exchange of any flowers due to any variation between the flowers you receive and reference images on our platforms. We do our best to take our website photos in well lit natural lighting.
